Incomplete Orders / Missing Items Policy
Our Incomplete Orders/Missing Items Policy is designed to address and resolve orders that arrive with missing items or components. If you receive an order with missing items, we will promptly process a replacement for the affected items. The claim window for reporting incomplete or missing items is 10 days from the date the order was marked as delivered.
For items lost or damaged in transit, additional conditions apply. To submit a claim, proof of purchase is required, and photo or video evidence may be necessary. Issuance of replacement orders will be held until we can confirm that the order was sent out with missing items or components.
